"I've had much better luck as of late. Customer service has gotten better with some of the clerks. I truly despise this location. That doesn't happen often, but time and again, I have issues or receive terrible customer service here. Today was the last straw for me. I will NEVER visit this location again. I get coupons for cigarettes. I smoke, and you have to take to a "participating location" to revieve. I've used it here many times with no issue. Today was someone I've never seen, and before even taking my coupon (my phone), she instantly said "those never work here" which makes absolutely no sense since I've literally used it for 2 months now week in and out with no issues. Yet it didn't work today. You only get 5 minutes to redeem said coupon, and you have to choose a store that participates, which this store was on the list. She scanned and scanned to no avail and offered no resolution. I'm just sick of the lack of customer service they provide here, and I'm done visiting this location. Sucks due to I always go to speedway and this location is blocks from my home."

"Large lot to drive through and get to pump. Nice customer service. Yes there's a restroom and the store fairly large."

"We had go to Lowell for some business at the UPS store accross the street. I needed gas, but they were 50 cents higher then Family express in Rensselaer, so I only put $20.0. I used to try and hit the amount right on the dollar but the almost $6.00 gas price I went over .01 cents. We did get a deal on the fountain sodas for .59 cents We will be stopping here for soda since McDonald's raised their price to $1.25 store sure was busy."

"It was fine as far as gas stations are concerned but I'm wondering why this gas station and a few others are not carrying Coke 0 of the energy drinks? It seems like they're always out or they never have them."
