"The apartment was staged for move in!Windows off track,tub stained ,closet in bedroom is completely broken,has mice and roaches!Heat stopped working the coldest day of the year and the list goes on! I Do Not recommend!!!Not to mention that the property manager is racist AF and she doesn’t care who knows it!I went to her about several issues that I was having and she did absolutely NOTHING!!!A camera was stolen out of my apartment and she told me to prove it!Found out through several people that she does illegal paperwork,but don’t address it because the company allows her to get away with these things."

"I want to say great job to the manager and leasing staff for your help. With the on going changes you have made it easier for us to come to the office and actually speak to someone. Work orders are taking care of within a timely manner. Can’t complain on my end. Keep up the great work we can see the changes going on."

"New management was a little questionable at first however they have grown on me. I appreciate the fact that the lady who sits in the front office and sends out notices explains the charges and if there was an error she goes above and beyond to fix it. I had an issue with being charged damages and she took the time to speak with the manager and maintenance to see what the problem was and it got resolved. I still had to pay but I really appreciated that everyone explained it to me and she made sure she did all she could."
