"Just wish we had keys laundry room doors. Certain teenagers smoke weed in there or when it’s cold homeless people tend to sleep in there. Other then that everything is cool"

"pretty good place I guess. there's a nice helmet shop for all your helmet needs here and there's a good river you can fish in if you want. I'd recommend not going to the bar though, it's kinda dirty and people are constantly getting into fights screaming "YEAAAARG!" but overall id recommend it"

"Don’t live here. They have mice, and roache, their water is constantly getting cut off, they force you to have digital locks, putting you at risk to get locked out of your own apartment, or kidnapped because it takes x10 longer for the code screen to turn on. Garbage apartments."

"Roaches and bed bugs in the apartments outdated apts for a ridiculous price. Maintenance came and turned my power off in my apt the day I moved in because of the noise but I literally was moving in. The maintenance man’s girl friend harassed my daughter about our dog just not a place to live. Weird men hanging out and stare at you like a piece of meat. Someone opened my daughter’s window tried to come in my apt ."

"I had to move from Texas to Indiana for a job and had to communicate with the apartment staff via phone. It was such an easy process. I didn't see my apartment until the day I moved. I selected these apartments due to having the best reviews in the area and the easy user friendly website they have. All the apartments near the area still use paper applications and that was difficult for me to do from many miles away. My whole 9 months of living here was great. Though the surrounding neighborhoods seem a little sketchy, these apartments are very safe. Apartments are clean and well maintained. Maintenance staff works fast to fix any issues. Neighbors are friendly too! I had a great experience in Indiana and if I ever need to move back, Bavarian Village Apartments would be my go-to apartments. Also, I lived in a studio and It was so much bigger than expected. Tons of closet space!!!!"
