"Worst apartment experience ever. Do not move here. Moved in August 2017. Still do not have a storage door that closes. Has fire damage on it. Was told incorrect information about the two bedroom units having washer dryer hookups. But turns out it was only certain units. Horrible customer service. Maintenance barely does their job. New property management took over in February/March. Still no storage door. Rent was due by the 5th of every month with old property management, and today I got a notice saying I have to pay rent with a money order by the fifth. Which is fine. But it's ridiculous that we weren't told about rent not being due by the fifth. Horrible communication. I can see they're trying but honestly I'm just staying here to make the ridiculous non refundable deposit worth it until I can get a house next year. Look somewhere else if you can. Edit: DO NOT move here at all costs. I moved out in August 2018 which was breaking my lease. Worst apartment experience doesn't even do it justice how horrible this place is. I would feel safer camping out in the woods with bears. If you have nowhere to go by all means check it out, but you're risking your safety by living here."

"I have lived here almost 2 years. I kept my apartment clean and even my door entry. The office staff IChar, Ms. Thomas and Susan is very nice! They are very slow with maintenance. This apartment community was mostly minority. They collected a lot of rent from us over the past few years. The new company is renovated them to look very nice. The office stated many months ago that we have an opportunity to renew 3-6 mos leases. I just got a letter on my door stating that is not the case and when your lease is up, you have to vacate or pay approximately $200 more than you were paying before. The new website marketing contains mostly Caucasian and all of the minorities are having to move out. I think this community has bad eggs that need to go, but everybody has to leave unless you are willing to pay a lot more. As a single mom with no family, this short notice is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Not equal housing!!!"

"I limited the amount of stars due to the terrible experience in which I had this past year. I moved in my townhome fall of 2017. Moving in I hadn't noticed anything unusual until I could not get the heat to stay within my home. My family and I had to walk around the house dressed as if we were outdoors. Maintenance stated that there was nothing they could do, but advised me to close numerous vents to attract heat where I needed it. I was also promised $200 off my rent after 90 days of a referral paying the rent on time and was denied this upon time to apply the incentive. I had to reach out to corporate via certified mail this get the agreement honored in which they did. Coming up to the warmer weather I soon found out that the pool and fitness center was not available and hadn't been for years, which is a breach. I had to take them to other public pools to enjoy this summer weather. My condenser line underneath my carpet became clogged and caused major leakage underneath the carpet in the hallway and that took almost two weeks for them to fix. They stated that the carpet would be cleaned after, but no one came out. The insects are a major problem as well. Each day I have to kill a bug if some sort especially spiders and ants. Speaking of ants, when the warm weather broke I had a bad ant infestation and I called to have pest control come out. Pest control skipped coming 2 consecutive times. I had to show up at the office and ask what was going on, come to find out maintenance stated that they'd come out but I was not home, HUGE LIE, I am a stay at home mom. Lack of integrity on their part. Security is always a good thing when the tenants aren't the target, but that is not the case. Those who reside here as well as guests are constantly harassed and targeted by police that stake out here day and night. I can't look out my window without seeing a cop sitting on a corner or in some parking lot creating crime with their intimidation tactics. That does not make me as a tenant feel safe, just taunted. Coming up on my lease expiring I was given a non-renewal of lease, which I feel is due to retaliation, because of my effort to put corporate on notice regarding issues that were not being handled on the first level. The reason I feel like this is because the person I referred got a lease renewal offer and she moved in a month after I did. .My neighbor got one as well, so you tell me. They are renovating, that means higher rent and poor maintenance. There is also no playground for children to play at, so that kind of sucks. As far as recommending, I would not due to my experiences. The staff along with maintenance lack communication, so you'll have a terrible time getting any issue you may have resolved. If you do decide to move here, be weary of speaking out about foreseen issues, you may receive a bit of retaliation. P.S. the police have parties in the front office maybe 3x a week, enjoy that as well."

"Lived in this location from Summer 2017 - Summer 2018. Saw a fight the first day I moved in and someone was shot and killed on the last day of my lease. Not a safe community. I never had anything done to me or my apartment because I kept to myself. Had a few maintenance problems halfway through my lease and took about a month for them to get fixed. One of the biggest problems I had was no heat in the winter. After 2 weeks of calling the emergency line, a nice maintenance man came over and fixed my heat. Though he told me that I had wires that were burnt near my furnace and my gas valve had been completely shut off. I have billing proof it was shut off too. My gas was $40 in November and then $11 in December. I didn't even know where the valve was to turn it off myself, so the only explanation was that someone had to of came into my apartment and shut it off themselves while I was away. No one else had a key to my apartment. The office ladies were very nice, and I know they tried their best to make everyone happy, but there are 700 some apartments and only a few maintenance staff members to take care of everyone. Unless you are really looking for the cheapest place possible to live, I would not consider moving here."

"The only good thing about this complex is the price. I have lived here for 4 years and only because I was able to take advantage of a cheap price point for the two bedroom I had. At any given moment my water could be shut off without notice. This has been a regular issue I have dealt with during my tenure. Also have regular issues with the power shutting off randomly. There is also frequent drama from other tenants that can typically end with a visit from the cops. Since the very first day that I moved in I have had to chase down every request or issue that has come up. The day I moved in they had a maintenance man in my apartment fixing my AC because it did not work. I had to wait longer than I wanted to, to move because I was told they needed to make sure everything was ready for me. Only to move into a place that was not move-in ready. Air wasn't working, half of the electricity did not work in my apartment - which took them 2 weeks to rectify, and there were bare wires with no light fixture in my entry way, which took them 1 month to get to. My sink became clogged, so I made a maintenance request. I had to fix it myself because it smelled badly. Two weeks later someone showed up to fix it. I have also had to deal with rude employees here. I would never recommend this complex to anyone, unless you are looking for something cheap and have a great deal of patience to deal with this property. You get what you pay for."
