"The building has been maintained at the highest standard. The rooms are spacious and give great views. Parking is convient and reasonable. Location is great for Massachusetts Ave. and down town. The fitness center is massive and also has sauna, steam room, and hot tub. The pool area also is large and well maintained."
"Overall, it has been a pleasure to live at Riley Towers. I will say I have been disappointed with maintenance issues. For example, one of our elevators has been out for over a month now which has been really unpleasant. Got some updates and first but now scarce… wish they would reduce rent/utilities for the month it’s been out."
"Pretty high rent for a small studio. Have to pay 1.75 per load of laundry which is pretty ridiculous considering the machines suck. If the loads were cheaper maybe people wouldn’t pack so much into the machine just saying"
"i lived here for 13 months and there were pros and cons. pros being the location, there’s decent facilities (gym, pool, etc) and the leasing staff are nice. cons would be since it’s an older building, there was constant maintenance. another would be that every employee i came into contact with (excluding leasing staff) acted like they were being inconvenienced. there was an employee one morning swearing and throwing boxes in the elevator. also, the price. it’s not cheap to live here, ESPECIALLY the parking fee. i paid $90 a month for my car to be parked (in a GATED lot) and it still got broken into. the cameras are old i guess so they couldn’t even tell who did it. the nail on the coffin was when i had to contact the leasing office because no one reached out to me about the police report."
"Love my apartment my West facing view on the 11th floor and the convenience of living within walking distance of so many fun places! Maintenance requests have been attended to quickly (a/c and toilet), with the exception of putting in the window screens promised at move-in, so I can open them safely and my kitties and I can enjoy some fresh air, now that the weather has cooled. Sometimes neighbors in the halls are a bit noisy late at night with door slamming and loud talking, but probably no more than any other apartment living situation. Really need a RECYCLING program!! All staff are friendly and love that there is a guest suite for a very reasonable nightly rate. 9/19/23 Update: Window screens installed today!"
