"I’ve been calling for maintenance to work on my tub for the past three years no one has ever shown up to fix it this is unacceptable"
"I've lived here for 7yrs it has gone down every year. The management is horrible no one is ever in the office, no one return a phone calls parking lot is nasty and littered with glass and trash. There's no maintenance. The main office of Kittle has so response or responsibility for anythin or anyone. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone."
"I’ve been calling for a bout a month now and Carla constantly sends me straight to voicemail. After she made it seem like my application came back approved she asked for my license number and told me she would call me right back. It’s been over a month and she doesn’t answer the phone anymore and hasn’t gotten back to me."
"Like so many other people who either applied or lived there. I'm not receiving no calls back nor getting any answer whenever I called. They're even sending me to voice-mail after one or two calls. Despite all the bad reviews I wanted to rent a apt but now I think I'm taking my business and money elsewhere where I'll be appreciated. I recommend for people whenever apts get like this to not rent from the apt complex and the business that owns them since we, the people/customers, can't get even a simple service like speaking with them that's required for them to even rent out or do business with us. We need to start reporting and not renting from these slum lords."
"Management is horrible, you can barely get in contact with anyone. Even calling the corporate office is a joke, because no one responds. They don’t have a working gym facility, nor do they have a working computer room. So false information on their website. If you need something fixed it takes at least 2 week for someone to come look at it. They only have one Maintenance person on duty everyday, and she does the best she can do ( especially having to do it all alone). The office Hours on the website say they close at 6 but they close at 5, Misleading once again! They have no working phone, or answering machine, so leaving a message won’t do you any good. They lie to your face when they said someone will call you back. Just the worse apartments I’ve been in, and I’m not even on section 8."
