"Read all rhe way to the end. I have lived in 2 of their buildings. Dawson Village was a train wreck! I had enough after the mold and mice. Then I found a corner unit in Pennwood. Although it needs new hardwood floors and molding, it was great. Full basement, separate dinning room with French doors. The space was AMAZING. IT WAS DRAFTY with 26 windows but it was night and day from Dawson."

"Response time from management was definitely lacking, as they prioritize getting tenants into units, but overall it was a positive experience. Maintenance came out decently fast, and were usually able to fix problems on the first visit, or were as expedious as possible."

"Don’t really want to leave a review but my boyfriend and I have barely been able to contact anyone since move in. The bathtub was reglazed but the job was done very poorly and the caulk has been peeling off leaving holes. They came to try to touch it up but the problem was not fixed. Our dishwasher hasn’t worked properly either since move in and we were told an order was put in for a replacement but still no updates on that almost a month later. Someone from maintenance didn’t call but attempted to enter our apartment without permission or prior set up time and banged on the door until someone answered (we always put in our requests that we would both like to be home for their visits and need a notice) I was sleeping and home alone so it terrified me of what I thought was a random stranger breaking in. We were also told that only the stove was gas yet our bill was quite high for that to be the case. It’s a huge safety concern as well that for some reason they jammed in the deadbolt lock so that it’s unusable and we can only lock our door with a key from both the inside and outside (if we lost the key or there was a fire, we would struggle to get out quickly) I actually really like our townhome. It has so much character and neighbors are great so far but the lack of communication is causing lots of unnecessary stress. Update: I got a hold of a property manager to simply try to voice these concerns and instead of expressing care, he said that I was trying to argue and hung up the phone on me mid sentence. We always rinse our dishes prior but they explained that we have to actually clean the dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher? And that anyone from maintenance can enter our place whenever they want and without prior permission or notice when we submit a request. When I expressed that without a genuine emergency, this is illegal, he proceeded to say he isn’t going over legal property management terms with me and hung up."

"DONT rent from these crooks!!! They will charge you for damages that were there before you!!! They are slum lords!!!!!!! Beware Ive been sued by them for a basement flood due to bad gutters and cracked foundation. They sue every tenant that moves out. I have a law office looking into a class action lawsuit against this company!! Ive already spoken to the tenants that rented the unit that I rented and they were also sued for the same damages. Kinda wierd yeah>?"
