"Our family dog of 11 years had to be put down today so my parents took him here. They didn't give us his collar back and wanted to charge $200 to keep his ashes on top of the $700 they had already charged. Gave my parents a receipt for the visit and that was it... Seems to me they treat your animals like an object at this place!!"
"I brought Cleo in for a second opinion on her kidney failure and for fluids. Cleo is a bit persnickety and vocal but they were able to examine and give her fluids without any problems. I was told that they're in the process of becoming fear free certified which is totally awesome. Loved everyone that I spoke with, even though I wasn't able to be with Cleo during the visit. Highly recommend!!! Bumping this so that people see what a wonderful clinic this is. Still taking Cleo there for her care and love this place!!"
"My dog has been doing rehab here for almost four years now for arthritis, facial nerve paralysis, and more recently spine pain as she has gotten older. It has made such a difference! The staff are absolutely wonderful- Zoey loves going to see them. Greets them with wiggles and kisses every time! She does a combination of hydrotherapy, laser treatments and acupuncture."
"Always a great experience bringing my fur babies here. The staff is very friendly. I can usually get my animals in fairly quickly when needing an appointment. All of my animals are happy and healthy thanks to Dr. Waldo and the staff at Animal Care Clinic."
