"Totally screws you on roof replacement!!!!! My dad paid his premium NEVER LATE even for a lil over 22 years with NO claims. His roof needed repaired and he is paying more out of pocket than the insurance company is and we been waiting since JUNE to get it and FINALLY TODAY they showed up to do it, someone is pocketing some cash somewhere!!! You have such a great relationship with my Dad, that you are now telling him that you won't be providing him insurance anymore because you are not serving the state of Indiana any longer and he has to find other insurance?!? As well as you NOW all of a sudden have a problem with the dogs. The same dogs that have been here for YEARS and you have sent 5 different people here to replace one single roof (not counting the crew that actually did the work this was before they even showed up) over the past almost year we been TRYING to get this roof put on and not a single word has ever been said about them being a problem but NOW after dealing with all the run around we have had with your "company" , and your lack of preparedness as well as your untimely manner, so i left an honest review, and BOOM!! NOW, the dogs are a problem and you aren't serving our state anymore, ALL OF A SUDDEN?!?!? As far as you working with Jeff and my dad closely on this project I find that to be strange because my dad has my husband or myself handle stuff like this and only does the basics by himself and your working SOOO CLOSELY with them that they BOTH got fed up with trying to get you and your people moving to get this roof put on that they BOTH had ME finally start calling you and your people because NONE OF Y'ALL were doing anything except giving them the run around, so you can call that a good relationship with a client if you want, but I definitely wouldn't!!!! As for the dogs... What's the problem , (again out of the Blue)?? We may as well just go a head and line that issue out while we are at it. But my review as of right now is still honestly the same!"
