"I had concerns about my intake vent, the furnace unit being efficient, and the filter needing checked and/or possibly replaced. Instead of anyone giving me information as I requested, I got a notice that my work order was “completed”. I’ve gotten no communication about what was done, if anything was changed, or if anything needs maintenance."

"Very clean establishment! Highly recommend. Tour guide was great! Friendly staff, clean parking garage and very well lit. Hallways clean, demo unit clean/ great appliances and washing area. One of the best places in Indy ! ***Six month review My experience has been wonderful. The building is clean, well maintained, the service is efficient, and everyone is friendly. The building also feels safe. Would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone. Maintenance is very quick and effective at requests.The package valet is also great at storing packages. The unit sizes are good and very pleased with in unit washer and appliances. No signs of pests so far. Excellent team and prime location, nice and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. Overall it's been great. The building grounds are new and updated with an amazing pool, fire pit, bbq and lounge area. Super relaxing and convenient. I would recommend the complex and community, you will be treated well and have the best experience with what the building and surrounding area has to offer. Living in Lockerbie Lofts is great and especially because of Janell (Assistant Manager) and Holly (Manager). They are outstanding leasing professionals who seamlessly guided me through everything related to leasing. Their expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the process stress-free. I highly recommend Janell/Holly for anyone seeking rental property at Lockerbie Lofts."

"Wonderful place to live. Very peaceful with a great location-walking distance to food and shops. I wish there were more restrictions on dog policies and waste pickup. For instance, my previous apartment did DNA testing on dogs, so owners who left dog waste were penalized. There were no repercussions for dog waste left out. Also, I wish there was a stricter pool policy, (2 guests per renter) as sometimes the pool parties would get out of hand and there was a safety concern with all of the unregulated guests who were coming in and out of the property. Also, the coffee room was never consistent stocked and the yoga instructor was cancelled without any replacement. Overall, the location, parking and dog friendly atmosphere make it worth living here, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

"If you want to live in a horribly mismanaged, overpriced community, this is the place for you! If you like being belittled by management when you have any discrepancy or question, you are going to love it here. This place is the worst. It was great when I first moved in, but new management has really ruined it. Already being overcharged by standard of how much space we had, they tried to raise our rent by several hundred dollars. This price increase was inconsistent across the community as some neighbors saw a nominal bump, while others saw upwards of a $500 increase! The floor plans are trash. The two bedroom has a room without a window. If you enjoy living in a cave then I encourage you to move here. The worst part of all is the incompetent management. They are rude, dishonest, and lazy. I am really sad that the old management left as they were great. I can't say enough bad things about this place, and how they have a 4.0 rating is laughable."
