"Avoid at all costs. Apartments are fine, but property management is absolutely awful. My first year here was phenomenal under old management, but when Herron assumed control of the property, everything went downhill. Management is impossible to get ahold of, and maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. There is no after hours line whatsoever for emergency maintenance, unlike under previous management who had a 24/7 maintenance guy on call. Property is dirty and not well maintained. Rent has increased substantially in the last year and the quality of service has gone down the toilet. there is no office on site, and management has discontinued weekly office hours. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up."
"After reviewing the current reviews compared to the past reviews and learning there was a change in management at some time it's like night and day. I resided here about 1yr in 2015 and loved seeing nice cars making a U-turn and racing. Anyhow, 2023 and I'm once again in need of residing in this location, but after seeing the reviews I'm going to hold off until current leadership gets their act together. Thank you for the reviews which have definitely influenced my decision. Maybe when the reviews turn around again I'll be more inclined to consider this high theft location."
"I have lived here for close to two years and wanted to drop a review. Pros 1) Cheaper than places in Fountain Square or directly downtown - this is my reason to stay through all of the cons. 2) Nice interiors, nothing too fancy but some apartments are getting new floors and appliances. 3) New management is more communicative via email. Cons 1) Catalytic converter theft has happened to myself and other residents, lighting outside isn’t very good. 2) The power went out back in October 2021 and the locking doors are still not fixed so anyone can walk in. 3) No main office to help - if you get locked out it’s around $150 to hire a locksmith. 4) New management fired all of the old staff, they were very helpful and nice to me (other residents also liked the old staff more). 5) I have put in 4 requests to fix various things in my apartment that couldn’t be fixed before the new management came in. I have been waiting 6-8 months on the requests. Conclusion If you are looking for something close to downtown and don’t mind some risk then it might be for you."
