"I've lived here for years! Ever since the property was sold to TWO different companies, the maintenance had dwindled and gotten worse. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to fix the issues in my apartment! I'm starting to wonder if the newest company abandoned this place and sold it without telling the residents. Also that promise to renovate this place hasn't happened. We've waited for 2 years!"

"Update 2021. The place is no longer locally owned and managed. The air conditioning is currently a single wall unit that will only cool a living room. Heating is strictly small radiators along the wall and floor, each individually controlled per room. I am still content but I have yet to interact with the new management. I love this place. I have signed my third lease already. Trish is fantastic at working with her residents, many of us are going on years here, which is not so common with big corporate owned complexes. I do not plan on ever moving to another apartment."

"I have called Rosedale Hills home for several years now. I love the small, quiet community. Access to the highway I65 is a stones throw away and grocery stores and dining are everywhere around us. Ownership is as good as it gets. The landlord (or lady I should say) communicates better than any landlord I have ever rented from. She is thoughtful and generous with her time. She would give the shirt off her back if I needed it. So when it comes to keeping the buildings running smoothly and seeing to any issues you may have, she is the best in my book. And that brings me a peace of mind you can't put a dollar sign on. And the rent is as competitive as any in the city. Low rates!! All service issues are handled in a quick timely fashion. If you want that peace of mind and a quiet community at low rates, stop your search! You have found your next home."

"I have been a resident here for a year. If I've had any type of trouble with my appliances the manager immediately got me help. I have wonderful, quiet neighbors that keep to themselves. The last two apartment complex by lived in were nothing but nightmares! Our manager is a sweetest lady, she really truly cares about the residents that live here. I plan on living here for quite a long time..."

"I have lived here for 7 years and have no intention of moving. My family is comfortable here and we are treated better than anywhere we have lived before. If I call for a maintenance problem it is fixed that day or if it's something worse maybe 2 days if parts are needed. The maintenance man and landlady are very good hard working people who do care!! They are always kind and considerate and keep the place really nice. The lawn is kept nice, they have a cleaning company who cleans the buildings every week. I don't know why that other person said such horrible things, I don't have those problems and I have been here for a long time. My family loves it here and I also had my mother move here into her own apartment until she passed away. She really liked it here too. It is a nice place to live and I have good neighbors here."
