"I don't live here but am very been interested in renting an apartment here. I noticed the rent increased a couple of times over the past few months and now they don't even list the what the rent is."
"Have had a mouse problem for 7 months . Nothing but failed promises. No one returns calls no one will help with the issue . Says they will do something and never happens . Holes in walls where mice come in at . Scratching in walls . Been here almost 3 years loved it till now . Needless to say we are moving . I can’t keep living with mice . We catch 5 a day"
"I have lived at Park Madison for almost three years I LOVE my apartment..everyone that comes to visit always compliments on the space and the great home feel . With a very high ceiling it feels spacious and feels like you are in a single person home vs apartment living. The office staff is AMAZING along with maintenance who come out every time I call, within the same day! Clean..never had any kind of insect or rodent issue! I will be living here until I buy my own home :) HIGHLY recommend!!!"
"Lived here for 4 years when I first moved in I love it. But with in the last year management has changed. They fee you for every little thing. I just recently moved out an they are charging me the carpet replacement fee an never in my 13 years of apartment living have I ever been charged a fee for that. The last year when we need it Maintenance service no one ever came out until after the 3rd or 4th call to the office. With how much the rent is o highly suggest you look els where to live."
