"Awful property, worse managers. Lori is the exception, she is honestly doing a great job and has been helpful through many issues when I’m lucky enough to get a hold of the office. On the other hand, 1 month of living in a broken down house with still no word of maintenance coming by. can not get a hold of office managers not through, call, emergency request, or even email. Still charging me 50 dollars for a broken washer and dryer. 1 star is too good for this place. When I moved in, the back yard was covered in weeds taller than me so you couldn’t tell there were at least three bags worth of garbage scattered throughout the weeds. Also couldn’t tell that the fence panels were so rotted that they were falling off. The entire reason I moved into this over priced place was to have a safe back yard for my dogs, which they failed to provide for several months. They told me the fence was fine until I spoke with the manager of the fence company who assured me the entire fence needed a rebuild. Poison oak was everywhere so I couldn’t go out in back yard at all. Then management sends out an email saying we can get fined if we don’t take care of the weeds ourselves so I had to hire someone to weed the yard in a property that I just rented. Such a trashy place Whoever is inspecting these houses is a straight up heartless smarmy thief. Don’t live here"

"Stopped by this week and received a walk in tour of a 2 bedroom townhome with Sierra. The new renovations are really nice I really enjoyed the dog park. They also offer you snacks and make up feel more than welcome. Recommending to all my friends! Thanks."

"Office staff has changed tremendously over this last couple of years and the place now looks great. I was very happy with my tour last week with Sierra. It was a smooth process to view and get information on their availability although they didn’t have a 1 bedroom that we were looking for we were still offered snacks and treated the kindest! Thanks to the new leasing team!"
