"Living here has been an exceptional experience. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are great to work with. Maintenance response to any issue has been fast. The lay out of our apartment to me is perfect. My wife's only issue was counter space in the kitchen, but the new renovations solved that issue! All the new renovations of kitchen, bathrooms, dining room and utility room are beautiful! We plan to live here for many years to come."

"Amazing office and maintenance staff. If you want to work over 50 hours a week at a great job and still struggle to pay bills, this is the perfect place for you to live. If you like having to choose between rent and important medical procedures, you'll love it here. If you get that lovely tingly feeling in your belly when your rent gets raised HUNDREDS of dollars "just because", or because corporate folks did an analysis of nearby property values (brand new construction style apartments) and they want to justify the new ridiculous rent price with "renovations" to try to seem like they're on the same level of classy, this is the place for you. If you want to feel like a "valued resident" and pay more than most house payments, you'll be incredibly happy here."

"Wanted to update on the renovations happening in my apartment 1 bedroom: Laura and Katelyn visited my apartment about a week before the renovations. Explained exactly what I need to do, what space needs to be adjusted/clear items etc. for the makeover to happen. They visited again day before the Renovation and the maintenance personnel took the measurements. On the day, work began at 8am. I was out at 7:50 am. Laura gave me a call at about 2:15 pm that the renovation work would finish in 20 minutes and Yes it did. By 3pm I was in my apartment to find it like New again. Great Work, Neatly Done. Especially when considering it took only about 6 hrs. Very well planned & executed. So, in short, Emerald Lakes STILL continues to be a 5 STAR ************ previous review******************* I have been living here since 2019. I keep thinking that I should move to a new place but honestly I haven't had a reason to move OUT. "I have made Emerald Lakes my home since 2018. So this is my sixth year of contract running. After moving here I never felt to move anywhere else because of its serenity, convenient location, centrally located in Greenwood near I65, so Indy downtown is a easy 15 mins commute. The community management team is always helpful and friendly which I have always appreciated because they are the ones who make sure our stay here is with the best experience. I have always recommended my friends, office colleagues to check this place for their needs. I recommend this to anyone who needs a clean, peaceful, scenic place to live and above all near to major shopping outlets like SAMS, COSTCO, Asian, Indian grocery, restaurants of most cuisines, schools, banks, major hospitals and an Interstate highway."
