"This place does not even deserve one star for how it treats its tenants. I will not necessarily fault the regular leasing staff, but they certainly never really helped or did anything positive. Even worse after I believe to be a change in management. Out of the roughly 4 years I lived there I was without AC alone for almost half that with the unit constantly breaking and waiting up to 8 months for them to do anything about it, only for it to break again a month or two later. A neighbor got in trouble for putting the wrong chair on their patio. Constant "inspections" almost as if they're looking for something to catch you on. I had a nice old lady in the unit next to me who was broken into shortly after an inspection. No broken locks and no alarm, as if the person had the keys and alarm code. Which they definitely do since you have to provide your alarm code when you move in. I was even woken up by one of the maintenance men drilling through my lock early one morning. He supposedly thought my unit was empty or something and didn't have the key. I didn't leave that day and even took time off work for a few days just in case someone tried breaking in while I was gone. Not even an apology for him destroying my lock and even after getting it replaced. If you're looking for one of their renovated units then you better pay more, as soon as I downgraded to save money I got what could have been the worst possible. Plumbing that barely works, no hot water. A dryer that needs at least 3 cycles for a regular load of clothes, and appliances from what look like the 50s. The microwave didn't even have a turntable, just a flat surface. The carpet was falling apart, and the balcony looked ready to collapse. My windows didn't even lock at all, luckily I was on the second floor. I'm so lucky I finally managed to leave that place for somewhere that actually gives a crap about its tenants."

"Wow, I just went to ask if they had an apartment available, and the person who took care of us was so cute, so polite and explains things to you well, those stars are for her, I hope I can get an apartment with them because a person like her even makes me want to stay my daughter who went with me was also delighted with that woman's education thank you very much"

"They’ve lied to me saying I’ve changed my move in date three times. I’ve told them many times I’ve been wanted to view a single bdr unit before I go any further in the process.. They tried to give me a tour of the unit a day BEFORE my move in date .They don’t like answering the phone . My first day dropping off the money order for application fee … I was told they would stay open for an additional 30 minutes so I could get a money order since it was after hours…. I get back with the money order the door is locked and they were looking dead at me not even bothering to answer the door. They watched me in the freezing cold and rain and didn’t answer the door even after I was knocking . One of the leasing agent “Arli Perez” opened the door and claimed she didn’t see me. Don’t even waste your time"

"I would put 0 stars if i could, please do not move here, i regret everyday moving here, they will tell you that it’s a renovated apartment but they won’t let you see it until the very last day before your moving date, literally 2 doors fell on me and 1 fell on my small dog the first week i moved to this mess, kitchen floods every couple days because dishwasher has never worked properly and they “fix it” every week (they do not) AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT even knowing it’s been like this since day one 1. Dryer didn’t work for the first 2months (still doesn’t work quite well). Flies, rats, living here is actually disgusting, saving a couple hundred bucks is not worth all of this."

"I absolutely want to like this place. It’s a nice neighborhood. Nice view. Very spacious. But honestly the staff most days are rude. And when we signed our lease we were suddenly thrown with “oh it’s upgraded. New counter tops, etc.” scuffed counter tops that don’t connect to the wall. An alarm system that still doesn’t work though it was “fixed” with a code all the maintance staff has but nope I don’t know that said it once on the way out the door. It’s just the little things add up. Half my electrical outlets don’t work half the time or are backwards. And man when asking about the water bill when signing our lease they said “you’ll understand kind of how it works when the first bill comes due. Just pay it with your rent.” Noooooo, still don’t understand and every month I’ve lived here I keep getting noticing I’m late or I owe more, but when I call they tell me that it looks weird because their systems disperse the money in the wrong order. It would be fixed shortly. I guess I’m still short on a payment I don’t understand with more notices on my door, but when I call they have no idea where the notices have come from. Upgraded ($50 fee) and yet my dryer takes three runs to dry a small load, my shower has chipped paint and not a sealed door, I can’t use my hall lights, and just overall rude or miscommuntive staff. Oh and cherry on top. You know the move in checklist, I put a lot of this on there and when asked about I told them about random stains in the carpert, issues with the counters, the spider infestation, etc. “Well exactly what do you want me to do about that.”"
