"Our 3rd year lease starts in Nov. been here since Nov. 2020. We love this place! Neighbors are keep to them self and are clean people. Apartments staff keep the grounds cleans too, unlike some places I’ve seen. Quiet place also, it’s nice to go walking or just sit out on the porch. I think the pricing is good, especially compared to what’s around. It’s in a good neighborhood. You’re right by the interstate, not to far from a gas station or grocery store. Everything is on the main road. Maintenance here is good, they’re quick and polite, haven’t had many issues when I do, I don’t mind because they are efficient and quick. Office staff have always shown respect and are just plain awesome! Even with the management switch over! We LOVE IT here!!! They’re are lots of kiddos here too!"

"This place is small and cute. It’s perfect for someone’s who’s willing to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is definitely nice. However, the neighbors are horrible. Neighbors are very rude. They threatened to tow my car while I was in a parking spot that wasn’t reserved. First, they were knocking on my door while I was asleep and being very rude. I have followed the rules in the handbook but others seem to not care. I have never had this kind of experience before. These people are grown adults fussing over a parking spot. I don’t blame the staff or anything but be aware of bad neighbors. I have only lived here less than a month and already had an issue. Thank you for coming to my ted talk."

"I can't say enough good things about this apartment community! The leasing office staff are all just wonderful. They are friendly, thorough and efficient. I try not to pick favorites ;-) but Latoya has been outstanding! I have lived here for just 2 months and have put in 2 maintenance requests. Both were minor, non emergencies but they were both fixed on the same day of the request! Shout out to Chuck (assistant maintenance manager) who like Latoya, is an outstanding employee at this community. The property is very well maintained. We had our first significant accumulation of snow last night and when I left at 7AM this morning, the parking areas and walkways were already plowed and shoveled. Also worth noting, this may be one of the few apartment properties that actually looks like the photos on their website! Be patient with the application process and paperwork to get an apartment here. It seems excessive at the time, but it is worth it!"
