"Everything was okay until the hidden parking fees for overnight guests & misleading info about application fees came along. Leasing office lady told me the unit I applied for wasn’t available but still showing as available on the website & that they don’t update it when someone takes it….. so keep taking money from people who need a place to live and when they point out it’s wrong, say that it’s non refundable and don’t follow up with them…. glad I didn’t end up living here. Do better."
"Maintenance is quick and helpful, neighbors are quiet and polite, property is well-maintained and cleaned, and everything is within a 2-minute walk (restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc.) Love these apartments."
"The leasing office staff were very helpful with getting my paperwork sorted and filled out, and were patient while I figured out my payment situation. My unit is perfect and the area is also quiet, clean, and peaceful. I’ve only been living here for a week so far but, I think I’ll love it!"

H takes his job so seriously and ensured that all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend living here."

Each neighbor is nice, and ready to great you or help you with angelic smiles... Above all is the Manager Chanel Graves... She incarnates all these following rare positive qualities: excellent service (smooth and straightforward...), attention to detail with respect to all queries in order to respond with answers as clear as crystal, very polite and always perfectly helpful, nice and patient ... Overall, the team is a fantastic organization!"
