"VERY INCOMPETENT TIME WASTERS!!! I only wish it’ll allow me 0 stars. Run for your life!!These ones absolutely don’t know what they’re doing. What a joke! Incompetent front end staff and her manager who could care less about your application. Applied for $587 monthly apartment unit since like May 2, 2022. Today is May 25, 2022. Where on earth does a rental application go unfinished/ not concluded for 23 days because they keep asking one thing after another which wasn’t previously requested, only for me to be ‘partially approved’ in her words and required to pay for 2 months deposit and still asking info that was not previously asked after approval? Each time I provide an information or document she’s requesting, she requests another one few days later like she absolutely has no idea what she’s doing. At one point she said my co signer is not going to be approved cause he’s not a home owner, like WTH!!! Provided my two jobs pay checks (totals about $1700 monthly) yet I still added a co signer who has great credit and nets about 7k monthly and works two jobs (employed with the state and driving job). Promised holding fee will be refunded only for her to deny that and stating it’s non refundable. Liars!!! Very incompetent liars!!! Same info used to apply at another apartment community ($613 monthly) and I received approval in less than 3 days. I’m glad I didn’t wait on these jokers till today before applying for other apartments."

"I lived in my quaint one-bedroom standard apartment (480 sq) for nearly three years, and I've loved every minute of it. As a single millennial, this was the perfect fit for me and the space met every one of my needs. My balcony faces a small pond with vivacious wildlife and greenery and one of my favorite things to do is to sit out on the balcony, either in the early morning or evening, and just spend time with myself and watch the life take its course. I’ve grown fond of the maintenance crew - they are responsive, professional, and consistent. In my time there, they have replaced a fridge and a microwave, both brand new appliances. Beth, who leads the office staff, is always kind, professional, and extremely thorough when it comes to ensuring a higher standard of care for the tenants. My neighbors have been friendly, forthcoming, and great to know. For the price and quality, I would highly recommend choosing Hampshire Court as your next home. (And no, I was not solicited to give this review). But in a time such as the one we’re living, I think it’s imperative that we shine the light on good service when we have the opportunity. SN: If I were to provide one area of improvement, it would the parking. There have been times when it’s been difficult to find parking in front of my apartment building - this typically happens during the summer or on the weekends when people have visitors. But I’ve always managed to park my car further down the drive or at the side of the building. But in terms of priority, this was low on my list."

"I've been living at Hampshire Court for 18 years! I love that it is a small complex. In all the time that I have lived here, I have seen how they maintain the complex with its beautiful lakes, landscaping and planting of flowers. Most people of whom I've met over the years, when they move in, they tend to stay. Maintenance is on top of things and I have never been disappointed with the turn around for repairs."

"I love living at Hampshire Court! It’s a small, quiet community. The leasing staff is so nice and helpful. Maintenance responds to issues quickly. A cheap, nice place to live near lots of stores and food."
