"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! They never have an on-site property manager and do not fix any maintenance issues and if they do, the maintenance guy causes more issues since he isn’t qualified. There are zero amenities, especially no WIFI and the contractors they have to come do work can never complete tasks since there’s never anyone in the office. There have already been 3 property managers since I moved in last November 2022 and we have gone without a property manager longer than we have had one present. They only last maybe 2 weeks and then they are gone. This company is disgusting and they do not care about their residents at all!!!! Price point seemed okay but now I rather pay an extra $300 and live elsewhere with a pool, property manager, clubhouse, wifi, and an actual maintenance tech. They also mess with your personal belongings when you aren’t home. The maintenance guy was using my exercise equipment while I was at work and luckily I had a camera to catch it on film. Carlton Place Apartments and Arbor Lakes Apartments are just as close and offer wayyyy more! AVOID THIS SCAM OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS!!!!!"

"The MANAGEMENT company for this apartment complex is horrible. First of all, they don’t have office regular hours. Secondly, when you call the emergency number due to someone falling down inside their apartment, they NEVER call you back. Seriously, do not become a tenant here. The “landlord” who owns this place never spends anyone to upgrade or take care of its residents."

"Worst apartments ever. I wish I could give them a negative. Do not waste your time. Mold and bugs all throughout the apartments. Plumbing and flooding issues from poor maintenance of the apartments. Never at the office, unprofessional & disrespectful, big liars. Had over 5 apartment managers in less than 2 years. Power always go out. The list goes on. They suck. Do yourself a favor and keep looking anywhere else. & they steal out here too."

"I called and spoke with "Tim" at length about renting an apartment. We made an APPOINTMENT for him to show me an apartment several days later. BTW If you call you will be informed he has a "carry and conceal" gun permit. I decided to ignore that and thought maybe its a good thing he is looking out for the residents. the conversation went well although parts of it were unprofessional. Particularly about problems with a former resident. He alluded to the fact this resident was of a race other than Caucasian. Again I decided to ignore this and thought maybe he was still upset as this tenant apparently committed fraud. Anyhoo, I decided to go and check it out in person so I called several times to confirm our appointment and no one answered the phone or returned my calls. I went to the office at the agreed upon time. When I arrived at 4:30 PM the sign indicated the office was closed, even though the posted hours state they are open until 5:30 PM. I saw a man come in and out of the office and was ignored even though I was parked in the "visitors to the office" space. When I inquired I was rudely informed the office is CLOSED and that he was "Tim." Tim did not remember me, told me he speaks with "a lot of people" and said he had "other projects" to attend to and could not be in the office. He told me over his shoulder as he walked away he would be back open on Monday; seemed like an afterthought. If this is how they treat their tenants, I guess Ill pass. His attitude was very nonchalant What awful customer service! This experience was a phenomenal waste of time and gas, I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally. I'm sure some other complex would be glad to accept my $700 per month every month on time payments. Oh...shopping carts from Wal-mart litter the property, other than that it appeared fairly nice. Great location."
