"I am a veteran and to know they treat people very bad here shows their character. Me and my wife lived there for a while and everything was going great but then we started having issues with car breakins and they stole a good amount of my tools and the leasing office wasn't even willing to put a warning letter to the residents to let them know. We even got the police involved because it happened twice. We aren't the only ones that experienced it people were having Cadillac converters torn off their cars in the middle of the night I actually caught a guy doing it but he got away. We had mold in our bathroom they never fixed it they overcharged us on things that should have been fixed during maintenance requests My wife has a literal log of everything they should have fixed and now we are dealing with having to pay back money that they charged us and are now saying they aren't receiving certain money orders in the mail so you can best believe I'm going to put my review on here. We paid them plenty of money through the year of living there and the rent skyrocketed from 1280 to $1,500 just for 1 bed and half bed plenty of geese stuff on the sidewalks they do not plow unless you ask them during car events down the street expect to have your stuff stolen. You will hear plenty of gunshots through the year. Olivia is not a good property manager. We were great residents, but nowadays it doesn't matter. Just stay clear of this place if you want to keep your money in your wallet."

"One of the worst places to live. They do not care about public safety. We got robbed like three times and the office people didn't even try to put out a letter warning residents. They will over charge you on rent. Ours was 1280 and after a year they wanted $1586 and that's just ridiculous. They claim to be family friendly but they aren't they will smile in your face and take what little money you have. They kept our deposit and we left that apartment spotless and they still over charged us for stuff we didn't even do. We lived at 3211 chadwood apartment 1D we were friendly and the neighbors knew us as good people. Olivia Dunlap tried to say we didn't give notice to vacate when we did and then charged us another $910 for it. These people are money hungry and do not care about your safety or livelyhood. I tried working with them but they completely messed us over. And now are trying to say they didn't receive one of our payments in the mail so since I know you see these reviews go ahead and set it up with collections tired of being messed over by you people."

"I was looking for an apartment online and found villages of bent tree in my search so I decided to look into them. I honestly was not sure at first (as this was my first time moving so far away from my hometown) but the employee named Kylan Hayes who helped me was completely amazing. So kind and personable that I had to get his name to make this review! He was able to make the experience very comfortable for me, while still making sure I had access to all of the information I needed. He was attentive, reassuring, and helped me to be able to see myself in my apartment. I am so glad I looked into Villages of bent tree! It was well worth the try."
