Fountain Lake Villas

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. From the countless days of me coming home to my apartment smelling like weed, to the downstairs neighbors blasting music on a daily basis…as well as people in their cars blasting music under my window day and night…rain sleet or snow. I was just told to call the Police. Also to me being blamed for boxes outside when they clearly weren’t on my side of the landing. Let’s not forget the horrible rodent infestation…ME WAKING UP TO A MOUSE CRAWLING ON ME!!…..as well as them having people enter my home without my knowledge. Gave pest control a key and this man walked in my house like he owned the place and the property manager just didn’t care. Stopped doing that after I complained so much…Maintenance came in my home while I was sleeping and did work without my knowledge. Weekend of new years, I had NO HEAT. Had to turn my oven on and boil water constantly and run up my gas bill The heating system worked in the front but not the back rooms, and the air worked in the back rooms but not the front. Maintenance told me that all the apartments were like that but that is a LIE!! And it was so loud in addition to the washing machine you couldn’t hear yourself think. This was the WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in my entire life. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"

"I liked this place and the lady at the office. The maintenance is good and I loved my neighbors. The problems I had was I had cockroaches and they sprayed and I didn’t see anything for about a few weeks after and they were suppose to do a follow up spray and never did. If they had the bug guy to come once a month and spray for bugs I would consider living back in there again. It was a great location in walking distance from the mall and convenient stores and other shopping centers. My favorite thing about the apartment is the water pressure and the water is really hot. Its amazing. No other complaints but the bugs."

"Honestly I love it here. The apartment is very spacious and have not had many problems. Maintenance is polite and sufficient they fix everything in a timely manner. The property managers are nice, I love Whitney she is very nice and professional. I don’t have many problems with neighbors but this is an apartment, how I feel about my neighbors may change depending on who moves in."

"Me and my buddy lived here for a year and we had a really good time. Never had problems with other people who lived here, and any problems with the apartment we found would get fixed relatively fast. The two ladies in the office we wonderful, and the maintenance guy was really cool as well!"

"So far these past couple of days have been awesome! No issues other than Xfinity cutting off my service because it was near another apartment. Bur the apartments are nice and the staff is fantastic in the leasing office and the maintenance."
