"Lived at this place for about 2 1/2 years...although the place is nice for a good price, the last 8 months we lived there we had a big rodent problem. Now we are a family who keeps things clean & in my 14 years of being in Indy I’ve never had this issue until I moved to this place. Mice completely took over the kitchen & garage area. Spoke to management about how we killed 7 mice in the past month, they did not do anything about it. No pest control or they never even gave us a single trap. It was very disturbing & uncomfortable that every time we went to cook a meal there was droppings on the stove and the counters. Please be mindful of this as I knew of another family(who I even tried to warn beforehand not to move here) they did anyways & had the same problem & ended up breaking their lease because of this. Please be mindful of this before renting here."

"Lived in three apartments in this complex. The first one was a one bedroom. The second apartment had an attached garage it was a two bedroom. And the last was a two bedroom with patio on garage! Hope it's still kept up!!"

"Every time I visit my friends theirs place always is well kept by everyone and friendly ppl BUT I see this lady walking her dogs and always lets them poop in the ppl yard on the corner of lake view and she doesn't pick it up I know where she lives because I saw hergo in her condo,I just think this is very wrong for everyone trying to keep the place up and she just thinks that she can take her dogs and let them go to the bathroom anywhere and not clean up behind them there like toddlers they have to be cleaned up behind"
