"I have been going to WWC since 2011. I’ve worked with them for Birth control, pregnancies, births, postpartum, and yearly visits. Everyone is friendly, kind, caring and thorough. Dr. Cook is straightforward and has a fun sense of humor. I like that he doesn’t talk around the issue but (sometimes bluntly) tells you like it is."

"I have went here for all 3 of my pregnancies! I am now high risk on my 4th pregnancy and Dr. Cook refused to see me for my 3rd appt there, even though I was down for an appointment that day. They said I'm "too high risk for their office". it really saddens me that they delivered both my babies before this and won't this time. dr cook was also SUPER rude about the whole thing, telling me I was going to die and my baby was going to die. I'm 11 weeks pregnant now and we're still alive. I'm just upset about this whole experience and i think people should probably shy away from this office if you can."

"My first visit to Warsaw Womens Center, new to area. I was very pleased with Dr. Cook and his nurse. Felt comfortable and relaxed even during the pelvic exam. Calm doctor, not rushed, and good listener. Nice location and clean office. Everyone was polite & friendly. A bit of a wait, but I think that is to be expected, especially in an OB/GYN office. All in all, a pleasant visit."
