"I don’t understand the other reviews. I have went here for the last 3 1/2 years. I never have trouble reaching someone when I call unless I need to speak with a nurse, specifically. Even then, call back time is not excessive. The entire staff there, as a whole, are some of the nicest people and my doctors have been very competent and thorough. Before Dr. McGrath left he put me on track to getting the cervical spinal surgery I had needed for ages. Almost 2 decades of suffering and finally I had relief! Great office, great staff, great doctors."

"You're always gonna have your ups and downs with every place you go to. I wanna say I hate going to the doctor just like everyone else, having alot of anxiety and other issues it makes it hard looking for a doctors office I'm comfortable with. Heard my fair share of mixed reviews from everyone but I've never had any issue. Was able to view doctors accepting new patients, or where the best place was to start. The staff in the front have been very welcoming and very easy going. Answer all my questions and believe me sometimes I stutter from anxiety and they were patient with me the whole time. My doctor is very easy going was quick to the issue and helping me find the best next steps and treatment. The nurses were just as helpful and very easy going. I recommend giving them a try and seeing if they can't help you like they've helped me."

"After over 30 years with the same provider, I'm looking for a new doctor - one that is not in Lutheran Health Network. The reason for this is the new call center system. No one likes it - not the patients, not the doctors, not the nurses. I am no longer able to contact my doctor's office directly and going through the call center is worthless. Worst idea ever."

"I have been with my doctor for over 10 years and always received excellent, personalized care. Recently, Lutheran imposed a new system on my doctor’s office whereby I can no longer communicate directly with them when I need something. I now get ported to a call center where they do not know me and and not interested in providing the level of personalized service I have received for years. They recently scheduled a Tele-health visit for me (telling me that was the only option available) that was a complete waste of time and money because it was something the doctor needed to see me in person for. This is a huge step backward in patient care. I understand that the individual physicians have no choice. This is being forced on them from the top levels of the corporation. It is not in the best interests of the patients."

"I moved here from out of state. I chose a Lutheran Doctor for primary care. I was told 5 previous doctor's from the previous state had misdiagnosed me and was taken off all my medications at once. I have a mental disability. I was told I would receive referrals to be re-evaluated. I never got them. I had 2 severe panic attacks and was told to go run up huge bills by going to the ER and wasting valuable ER time. I was told I would get call backs from my primary doctor. I never did. My husband was given tests and never got his results. I decided to switch to Parkview. They did what Lutheran didn't do in a matter of 1 week. I requested my files be transferred. They wouldn't do it. Then Lutheran started fulfilling the referrals after I switched out of their network. It took them over 5 weeks. Now I can't get them to understand I don't want to be part of their system. They keep scheduling me appointments and wont stop. This has become harassment. Don't waste your time or money on these people. Go to anyone but this network. Im going to have to file an official report just to get them to leave me alone."
