"I'll keep this short-ish. Just don't bother. They can't answer questions without finding someone else to answer the questions for them. Then they don't return your calls and if they do it is with a generic answer that doesn't answer what you asked anyhow. (Normally I could find my answers on my policy but since I was adding a new car for my student driver I hadn't got the paperwork yet and their website was down for over 2 weeks!!) I finally just cancelled and went to someone who could easily answer policy questions and help find me a good rate for my student driver. After cancelling my policy (Dec 13), I received an EFT notice the next month (Jan). I called and sure enough Kaleb never actually cancelled my policy. One of the ladies in the office was able to help me cancel my policy effective the date that I originally tried to cancel it. So far I have only received a portion of the refund from my December payment. I called them Friday (2/4) but he had to talk to his boss and I haven't gotten an answer yet. I probably won't. I am still missing about $224 plus they charged me for the Farm Bureau membership that I declined twice. That was an additional $32.50. If it is this hard to get a straight answer re: what my additional premium breakdowns are after a vehicle swap and they literally cannot follow through on ANYTHING, can you imagine if you had a fire or tornado? (I had my home there too). Can you imagine a big auto claim? Nope. My money pays for competent people who can do the job I am paying them to do, not just checking a box that says I have insurance."
