"Was told to call my NP if I needed anything. Didnt realize bowens policy was that if I missed the phone call Id have to make a new voicemail and wait up to 48 hours for a response. As of today was 8 days playing phone tag and they cant expidite my call. All my appointments are in the afternoon because I work late. I wont ever be able to answer a phone call early in the morning but thats all I've gotten so to me sounds like I'm SOL and they couldnt care less about the people they are treating."

"I want to start it by saying they i love his therapist. However i refuse to ever allow my son to see the doctor there. He hurt a duck and the doctor told me that i need to rehome all my animals or my son will grow up to be a serial killer. Mind you hes only 5. Highly unacceptable!!!"

"Ok I have a son that gets his meds here and doctors can never talk to a nurse for my doctor and it takes weeks to get a refill or a PA for his meds this is ridiculous!!! He is violent when he don't have his meds so I'm the one getting the hitting not them I feel these people don't care at all just want that pay check that they don't deserve Can't wait to get back into Oaklawn never had a problem with them like this place. "My husband has been trying to get seen by a psychiatrist for months now. The Bowen Center in Plymouth kept cancelling his appointments on us due to issues with staff leaving/not showing up for work. That was irritating, but at least they gave us a little notice. This time, we showed up to the Warsaw Bowen Center for his intake appointment with a different doctor. As we’re checking in, a staff member walks by and informs the receptionist that the provider we came in to see called off for the day. My husband and I are both upset that they don’t have a better system to at least notify patients before they end up making the trip just to be turned away. The new appointment had to be scheduled out another 3 weeks. I think it’s completely unacceptable that a place claiming to specialize in mental health care would play with their patient’s emotional state like this. My husband’s intake appointment has been cancelled 3 times now. The company as a whole needs to do better, for the sake of the people that they supposedly care about."

"Drove from Bremen there only to be told that my daughter’s appointment was scheduled 30 minutes prior. When the appointment was made, the appointment time was verified at least three times. Needless to say, she was not seen. Check in staff couldn’t care less. I understand what it’s like working in the medical field and we received very poor customer service. My daughter now refuses to go there and I don’t blame her. Providers and staff work for the patient, this place does not care about the patients at all. It is very sad how patients have to advocate for their own health care. Would not recommend to anyone!"
