"Wait times here are atrocious. Made an appointment for 5pm and waited over an hour. Based off other locals, it's a very common problem. I was recommended to visit Urgent Care on the north side of town next time and I will!"
"I went here on September 22nd. and was forced to pay over $100 dollars to even be seen when my copay is $25 and I had been told I would be refunded after insurance processed (which they paid last month, it is now November). I now, cannot get through to speak to anyone regarding this issue. On top of this, my labs came back negative so when I went to my actual doctor who then did the SAME tests, my tests came back POSITIVE and I was finally able to get the treatment I needed. Plus the receptionist isn’t the nicest of people either. Highly DO NOT recommend wasting time here."
"This used to be our go-to urgent care. But recently they enacted a policy to require upfront payment of $200 that will later be refunded once insurance processes. We have a $20 copay with our insurance and normally visit multiple times a month. Physicians Urgent Care wants me to front them $400-$1000 a month for what should cost me $40-$100. We'll be using Parkview Walk-in Clinic until Physicians Urgent Care can get their finances in order. We visited on Sept 5th, paid $200 and as of Sept 25th I am still waiting on that $180 refund. We needed urgent care this morning and due to the $200 cost, opted for Parkview instead. Parkview charged us the normal $20 copay."
"We received the very best care yesterday! Beginning with the young lady at the front desk who was comforting and helpful to Robyn the nurse who was kind, friendly and very professional. Andrea NP was knowledgeable and excellent with giving guidance. She made me feel comfortable, has a great sense of humor, and I knew I was in good hands. We hope we don’t have any more gardening accidents but if we do, we know we can rely on the Physicians Urgent Care staff to get us through it. Highly recommend this group!"
