Aspen Pointe Apartments

"It seems my earlier post has been removed. Probably because it was not a positive one at all. I have lived here for 3 years and I loved it until the management changed . They’re all about money. I have paid my rent (week before it was due). Paid the amount that was shown in the app. Well , not I am being charged a non-payment late fee as well as 10$ daily late fee. Why? If I pay the amount that was given me by the company, why am I being charged a late fee ?? This isn’t the only issue with them . I am glad I moved out ."

"We have lived here for about 8 months now and we love it here! The area is quiet and most of the neighbors are very nice. Brad and Pam are amazing, they are so helpful and go above and beyond to help residents out! Plus the apartments are so cute, all the appliances work perfectly, there is one maintenance guy that works there and he is so fast and kind! The apartments are very affordable and spacious, there's a small dog park, and a pool. Seriously all around amazing, highly recomend. I really don't think I have a single complaint. Edited on 12/28/23 A new company took over aspen point rather suddenly, and for the first couple weeks things were alittle hectic. But that is to be expected when somthing like that happens. The new owners and people running the office are amazing. They are all very kind, easy to talk to, and SO helpful! On top of that they are all very personable. The biggest thing for me is renting from someone who cares and will treat you as a person and not just a number; these people go above and beyond in order to treat residents that way. Maintenance is still fantastic, we have had a few things needing to be fixed and they got it done quick and easy and were super respectful and easy to talk to as well. I have a task trained service dog and they have been nothing but kind regarding this too. I still have zero complaints!"

"I needed a place to go desperately, on my own for the first time was extremely scary for me. New city, new home. The leasing team made it an easy transition for me. It's quiet and I couldn't ask for more than that. It definitely feels like home to me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful"

"So far, the staff has been friendly and diligent. I moved from Washington state and they made sure to make me feel welcomed and wanted. The rent is affordable and I was able to split it up into two payments. Overall, this community and its staff are amazing. Would highly recommend.
