"I have lived here for half a year.Every time they go to the office to ask for help, they are always impatient.They are always busy with play mobile phones and watching toutube..The application for maintenance service is very slow.It usually takes two weeks to come in for repairs.They told you it was fixed, but when I got home nothing had changed, I had to apply for it again and wait another two weeks. named Daphane especially likes to cause trouble for the owners.. If your car is not moved for a week, he will ask someone to tow it away.But when your car window is smashed and your car is stolen, they won't do anything.There's been a hole in the main road of the apartment for almost a month, and they haven't looked.People in the office eat snacks, play with mobile phones, do not do facts, and get paid every day."
"Be careful renting here! They charge for everything. They MAKE you get valet trash and won’t take it off your rent. They’re inconsistent with picking it up!! Every week! I rather just walk it to the dump The office and maintenance barely answer their phone for emergency or not. Unit has many issues from last owners looks like they just paint over it and call it a day."
"If anyone I know is ever looking for an apartment complex I always mention Stone Ridge. My husband & I have lived here for going on 6 years now & we have loved it. There have been some issues with normal things such as plumbing in our first apartment & our refrigerator in the second but as soon as we report an issue they are there the same day to fix it. The staff has also been nothing but lovely over the years! We love our maintenance guys (we've basically become besties with Bruce over the years) & the front office staff is also amazing! Nate especially is such a lovely person & is always so helpful with anything we have ever needed! 10/10 recommend checking out stone ridge!"
"I've been living here for 3yrs and my car was broken into. I feel Violated on so many levels. There charging us for literally everything, but don't do anything. Nobody has ever came and cleaned around the outside of my doors but it says I'm paying for it. I'm paying $1300 to live in a box. My Kitchen sink is always messing up has leaks and when maintenance comes to fix it , they do a temporary fix. My refrigerator went out on me two times, they didn't react at all. I lost so much money on food. I won't be signing another lease with them. I am patiently waiting to move."
