"I have lived in this community for over 30 years! The community is still relatively safe, not a lot of noise. The maintenance is awesome. They normally respond in 2 days. No place is perfect, but for all the amenities we have, washer & dryer, no gas bill, I feel blessed to be a part of this community & it's very reasonable! I have heard horror stories about other communities over the years. Thank you staff!"

"I moved here in 2011, it was really nice. The management, the maintenance staff and the property itself. Since then this place has gone down hill so much! The management leaves a lot to be desired, they are simply unqualified and rude, the maintenance staff is constantly changing due to the poor management. Update: Nothing has changed except the maintenance people, once again I am amazed at how a property manager can be so ignorant! I went to the office to ask about new carpet, I have lived here since 2011, she says I will come and look at your carpet and see how it looks, I said good. This was almost two weeks ago, I have called and asked again, but they still have not come to even look at the carpet. Also I have called 5 times just today 12/15/2021, no one answers the phone and when I leave messages since no one can answer the phone, no one EVER calls back..........update, they replaced my carpet! However the manager is still in need of customer service training!"

"I got robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot visiting a relative and the management is doing nothing about it! not to mention hearing how their plumbing sucks!!!! its full of tree roots and backs up on a regular basis! DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
