Corporate you wanna get sued .i moved in this apt with closet door, already been through a lot with first manger Rhonda Brown and already spoke with lawyer. A closet door that seal the laundry they removed and lied about hard where and it sold at Walmart, Amazon and at hardware store but Ms smith removed it, plus birds been in my addict a entire year and they don’t care with the diseased birds carry. I’m not appreciated at all . I’m depressed and connect a lawyer to sue. The uncaring office ppl and the maintance man who runs his mouth and tell all office business just gave him a tv. He talks about office constantly and cursed me . I stay to myself my heart is big but when are you gonna choose better mgt. I’m not paying that rent amount no more I moved in with door now take it then buy the hardware that is sold at Amazon , Walmart and hardware store. I tired on the verge of suing spoke with an lawyer"

"I came to visit my mother in law and I must say who ever is in charge of these row house projects should be ashamed. None of the streets are plowed for it to be a block away from the mayor office. The streets are raggedy. Beyond repair. Once I enter the hallway you either smell a bad funky ordor or someone smoking weed. My mother in law house is in shambles. Her washer and dryer don't work. Her refrigerator doesn't get cold. She had a really bad roach problem now that problem turned into bed bugs. These apartments are worst then Delaney. Only plus they nice on outside. I won't recommend No one move here They over charge you for what? I can't wait til my mother take her section 8 somewhere else.This place is a scam beware."

"Would give zero stars if I could. They never answer the office phone ever. They never fix anything there has been things wrong with the unit from the first day I moved in I put in countless maintenance request they never show up. They put in the system that they did but really didn't. The office manager Cassandra Smith TERRIBLE bad additude and horrible customer service. For 975 it's not worth it they are definitely over priced and they don't do their job. My neighbors moved out and I see them fixing thier units and not the people actually living in them. Such a slap in the face I cannot wait to move."

"I dislike the fact that I moved in paying $815.00 per month in 2017...only to have my rent increased to $887 in March 2018. A 72.00 increase. The manager of the apartment complex and I seem to have a adversarial relationship. She said that outside of the office duty no relationship exist between us. Of course that is true. But what she failed to realize is that as long as she has contact with me as a tenet, a relationship does exist... every time she and I meet in that office, we seem to trade little “quips” at one another about seemingly anything. Well, rather than cause trouble I have determined that 2018 will be my last year at this location. The apartments for the most part are nice ... but not worth the price I pay every month... no way."
