"The property manager has the nastiest attitude. She speaks to tenants as if they’re children. She will hang up on you. She will yell at you. They do not respond to work requests. I have been waiting for a repair for 8 months. I have not heard 1 positive thing from anyone about the property manager, it seems that everyone has the same experience or worse. The neighbors are nice and it’s a nice community. There are a lot of children but they’re respectful. People let their dogs and cats explore the neighborhood so there is poop everywhere. Maintenance does not throw salt or shovel like they should or clean up the trash."
