"They have a roach infestation you can have your house clean top to bottom and they just come out like they pay rent they won't come spray or do anything about me and my girlfriend been complaining about our kitchen sink literally coming off the wall they refuse to send anyone to fix it and they lock your account online to pay your rent and refuse to unlock it making it inconvenient for me to pay my rent on time they hound you for rent but have a blind eye when you tell them to fix things In your apartment i would not recommend moving here especially if you have children"

"This place was the worst place I have ever lived multiple shootings and even a person shot and killed in front of my place there are endless creatures in the units and mice come in as well they go up on the rent and tow cars more often than making rules to Protect them from break ins the managers suck and are only after money the maintenance crew half fixed jobs to say they have been completed I would not recommend anyone live here and I am so greatful I was able to move away 0 out of 5 WESTBROOK NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR GIVEN NEW MANAGEMENT THERE ARE MANY AREAS THAT NEED HELP WITHIN THE COMPLEX AND NUMBER 1 is saftey"

"Those people are dirty and lowdown.... they have the nerves to charge all that money for those apartments and they don't have any common courtesy to fix the roads in that little community... there are huge holes right in the middle of the road and it's destroyed my friends car's and it's only getting worse....all of social media needs to know how dirty they are there and how they rob tenants of money and show no respect for them at all....the shareholders need to invest their money elsewhere..... get it out this company."

"The residence of Westbrook have a unique opportunity the opportunity to make this neighborhood the best neighborhood in the city of Gary there are no abandon apartment units there is a city park on the property for activities such as picnics and things of that nature they have public transportation also you can catch the south shore to Chicago just by living in Westbrook I think if the tenets and the management working together we can make this the best neighborhoods in the city of Gary"

"I lived off 7th street 9 years ago in Westbrook apartments. From the reviews I read seems not much has changed. I had roaches in my unit and mice infestation on the side of my kitchen cabinets where you could see the mice looking at you from the hole. Maintenance wasn't dependable and the furnace had issues often. This could really be a nice complex if the ever get owners that actually care about the place ant the tenants. One of my friends needed a place to stay and I warned her about the issues, she complained of Maintenance lying about showing up and some type of bugs and ants infested in her unit. Management seems to only care about collecting the rent, instead you should be replacing the bad maintenance workers and work on getting rid of the mouse infestation throughout the complex, then maybe you won't have to beg for reviews. Currently know someone living there who has complaints about mice so New management obviously means nothing"
