"AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY DONT GIVE INSPECTIONS before you move in & will let you sign a lease knowing they didn’t give you a proper inspection bc they are money hungry & just want you to move in. & will let you move in here with non working appliances, water coming through the floor, PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOU PACKAGES THAT JUSY GET DELIVERED, like beds & couches, you may or may not get a mailbox key, 0 way to contact them most of the time, it’s not safe here at all. They are slumlords & do not care about the people they move in. My mailbox was broken for almost a year & the only reason they fixed it was bc I reported them the USPS. They had doors that didn’t lock so homeless people roamed about the building, now they’ve changed the locks & didn’t give any tenant a new key. Meaning people are locked out of their homes. They have a HORRIBLE, ant, roach, water bug & beetle INFESTATION! That they knew about & ignored me asking for someone to come exterminate! They lied & said they knocked but we didn’t answer when my entire family was home all day. They didn’t have us in the system & when I asked why they ignored me. We almost had them gone but they came lied & said it’ll be more than one spray & told people they’d be here at 9 & if they couldn’t get in to spray they were charging $40 for a “missed appointment” even though it inconveniences everybody. & he didn’t come spray our apartment until over an hour later with sugar water. Then they made it worse the bugs are back! Save your money & move else where. They are not for the people at all!!!"
