"I recently moved in to these apartments and it has been great! The owners are professional, responsible and kind. My apartment was clean when I moved in. The lawns and grounds are well maintained. The move in process was simple and quick. The new owners are doing a great job with this apartment complex. I highly recommend living here!"

"The apartments are updated however, management is terrible and unprofessional. For the hassle of trying to get work orders completed, suffering from unruly neighbors, weed smoking parties, and mice running throughout your apartment, it’s not worth it. Used to be a nice place but has turned into the ghetto."

The leasing management is great, and the rest of the staff is very nice and responds right away if there is a problem. It is a quiet community with nice neighbors. The grounds are always clean and the buildings are well maintained. I would definitely recommend this affordable community."

"I have lived at Cressmoor Arms for 3 years now and loved every minute of it. The apartments are superb to all others in the area. The kitchen is beautiful and the bedrooms and closets are massive. Storage space is definitely guaranteed here. Leyla the property manager is a sweetheart and will work with you if you ever have an issue. The maintenance staff do a wonderful job of keeping the property looking great. And the pool is such a great amenity to have in the summer. I will truly miss Cressmoor Arms!!"
