"it was alright the floors and walls are not insulated enough heard yelling fighting and whatnot below me from the 3rd floor, the service is top quality and always has been, and the location is great multiple restaurants not far and some within walking distance, They could’ve cleaned the rooms better"
"I know I will not stay at this hotel again! Their policy upon check-in has them making a photo copy of your Driver's License. That is ripe for Identity theft! Upon check-out, I had to wait a minute or two for the person working the front desk to come out of the office. While I was waiting I saw there was a clipboard in full view of the counter with the photo copies of other peoples' Driver's License on it. This is a total breach of confidentiality and puts your private information at severe risk! I would think twice before having your sensitive information found on your Driver's License at risk like this!"
"Was okay, I requested an accessible room and got one on the 3rd floor, so that sucked. The breakfast was good and the people who work there are amazing!"
"Pros: bed was soft and shower was warm. Employees were nice. Cons: the location was awful, pool never looked clean. I saw the same white floating thing in the pool for 3 days. Breakfast was awful, I only ate the bagel and yogurt or we went out. The police was there for a disturbance. Other guest screaming and fighting at 2am. The strong smell of smoke."
"Absolutely Horrible place to stay, I was charged for a room that was Not available, and the owners are refusing to refund my money customer service is No help. The hotel smells like mildew and animals. There were no breakfast available. We lost power for almost 3days No accommodations we made no candles given to customers. Staff had no answers to any of the issues."
