"Was looking into getting an apartment here and my fiance called and talked to a lady and mentioned that we have a dog and that she's a boxer husky mix and the lady he talked to said she would be fine but the lady who was gonna give us the tour said anything mixed with husky is not allowed. So they wasted our time for no reason and why is one person gonna say it's fine and another say it's not, can't even get a clear answer and they waste your time. It would be nice if they'd post somewhere what their "restricted breeds" are so that people know and don't get their time wasted because you get different answers from different people."

"Under new management and I can say it’s much better than before. Office staff is now on site and no longer remote. Laura at the office is amazing and has nothing but a positive attitude. Made my kids feel welcomed and helped me renew my lease. Keep going in this direction and I’ll be here for a while."

"I have lived here for over a year now and with the new management that has taken over it’s been great. I put a work order in on Friday night for maintenance and I’ve been waiting for a year to have this done because the old company didn’t even come to look at it and Kyle was here on Monday and fixed my heater and I appreciate the quick response! The ladies in the office respond same day to emails and it’s good to know they actually care about the tenants! Laura is awesome and truly cares!"

"I have been staying in my apartment for about 2 weeks now and it has been nothing but issues. Upon moving in, the apartment was very nasty. Spider webs everywhere, dirt still in the apartment. It’s been numerous bug issues with spiders and crickets. The tub and the shower were peeling. The front doors of the buildings do not lock. Friday we didn’t have any water and today my stove went out while cooking. Maintenance told me there is nothing they can do until the following business day as this is PROBABLY a 2 man job without even coming to check the issue. I’m to the point where I want to pay a move out fee and find something much better than these apartments. I do not recommend living here."
