Linden House Apartments - Hobart

"Linden House is the best Senior Housing in the area conveniently located near St. Mary's Hospital.  What makes it stand out from the others, though, is that it is well run by a Manager, Lori, who cares about her Residents.  That is rare today.  When you think about it those are the most important factors to consider when looking for home.  If it is not run well, Residents' needs and concerns may not be taken care of as they should be.  If the Manager doesn't care the Residents' needs and concerns also may not be taken care of as they should be. I had a family friend, Violet Pruzinski, who chose Linden House for her home. She enjoyed her life there and often spoke highly of Lori and her wonderful staff. So if a Senior is looking for Affordable Housing that is the cut above the rest perhaps they should choose Linden House in Hobart."

When I met the team in charge of the daily operation I knew they were competent, caring, and a well run team. From the personable manager, the coordinator and maintainable department there was always respect and something I hadn't seen before in my search for a place to live. A sense of humor and a caring to help in any way possible."

After doing all the paperwork, giving me a tour of the building and showing me where all things are located, I had very few questions. Residents that I saw appeared to be happy & comfortable here. The building is clean & inviting. I believe I'll also be happy & comfortable!"

"I have lived at Linden House for 3 yrs. I love my apartment and I love my independence. I enjoy all the activities and outings we do on the bus. We love the trips to Goodwill, Toto, and the Amish restaurants. They provide a bus for us to go to the grocery store weekly. This is a nice benefit for those that do not have their own transportation. I feel very safe living here. The staff cares about us and provides resources and timelines for us to get all possible benefits."
