"I can’t thank Dr. Coffey and Dr. Catherine for diagnosing our baby sickness and getting her to the Mobile location to stay in the hospital. They basically saved her life. Dr. Mike at the Mobile clinic took great care of Penny and did all that he needed to do to verify the diagnosis And pretty much save her life. We can’t thank them enough Penny is our baby and we don’t know what we would do without her and they saved her life. "We brought our dog Tucker into the ER after a traumatic dog fight with one of our other dogs. The staff was friendly, calming, and worked FAST to get him treated. We felt the price was fair for a Sunday afternoon and for the treatment we received. While I hope we do not need an ER visit anytime soon, I am thankful to have had this clinic and staff as an option and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you for offering this emergency service to our community!"
"Wow this place is horrible. I guess this Kristel Fuller chick works for all Rehm locations. Instead of addressing real concerns and fixing problems her job seems to be to sit on Google reviews and argue with all the complaints and tell the customers they're wrong, wrong, wrong. Pets are an emotional subject for the people who love them. It should be obvious to a good business person that it is not smart to argue publicly online with paying customers. Even if the customer is wrong you should agree with them and not blame them online publicly for the deaths/injurys to their pets, and to DEFINITELY NOT blame the vets mistakes on the petowners also. SHE HAS TO BE RELATED OR MARRIED TO THE OWNER TO STILL HAVE A JOB!"
"I am absolutely disappointed by them. I left my cat for grooming and talked to them about a trim, they completely shaved my cat for reasons I don’t know. She is a perfectly healthy 2 years old kitty. I am still mad that they completely shaved her in this winters season even though I talked to them that I will be traveling to Boston with her and it will be snowing there. I won’t recommend this place to anyone."
