It always makes it worth the drive. Today the lady at the front even went out to help me get my senior dog back in the truck. Appreciate them."

"Price gouging! I went in for a next guard flea pill for my dog. Every other vet was out however they charge 21 to $22. The lady here tried to charge me 34 dollars for one flea tablet because she knew everyone else was out. I refused to buy it and would recommend anyone not use an animal clinic that would price gouge because they probably overcharged for doing nothing to help your pet either. What a horrible business."
"Front desk workers are always friendly. Once we get to the back its hit or miss- some visits the staff is welcoming, other times it's like blah. And any questions I ask, seem to only get an "unconcerned" answer/response or nonchalant tone. Like they'll answer me but I feel as if my inquiries are obnoxious or annoying to them. I get it, they have probably been asked the same question 100x a day, they are tired and cats aren't the easiest pets to work with. But every pet/owner should feel at ease and not as if they are bothersome. I haven't taken my pet to any other vet in Mobile as of yet, so I am unsure if rates/prices are reasonable or competitive here."
