"I recently joined the BCI hybrid program and have been training with Maddie. I LOVE this place! I only do the hybrid training (3:1 personalized training) and Maddie has done a really great job with my programing. I like the focus on form and true strength training. I have a background in fitness and I can tell that the staff is well trained and knowledgeable. Everything that is programed has intent and purpose and is not some haphazard training plan with random exercises. Everything is progressive and meant to help you achieve your personalized goals. I also like having Maddie as my trainer. She is such a great person and is helping me to become more skilled. I only went to one Metblast class, because I don't really have time in my training schedule to add additional workouts. It was fun and engaging. I think all of the membership options are very reasonably priced, especially considering the knowledge level of the coaches. I highly recommend this facility : )"
"Joining BCI has been a GAME CHANGER! As painful as it is to admit, I was definitely "winging it" in the gym... randomly throwing together a compilation of instagram workouts without any strategy behind it. After meeting with them and developing a plan pinpointed to my goals, I finally started seeing quicker, noticeable results. They take the overwhelming part out of going to the gym- all I have to do is show up and do the work. They not only plan the workout for you, but also teach you how to do it correctly. Very grateful I found them!"
"My daughter has been going to BCI the last few years and it has added just what she needed to what she was already doing through her school program. She tore her ACL in a competition in late June and BCI was a big part of helping her rehab back to playing 6 months later. BCI is a part of helping her achieve her goal and dream to play D1 College basketball. If your willing to do the work this place and the people are worth the investment!"
