"I completely agree with the previous reviewer Ms. Katherine Williams. The folks running RCLC are unprofessional and unethical. I want to share my experience so other parents take notice. When I purchased their full-day 2023 summer camp program for my son, they had their address listed as "540 Hughes Rd, Unit 11, Madison AL". On the first day of the camp we got a notice saying that they had moved to a new address (138 Kirby Ln, Madison, AL 35757), which is a single family home built in the 70s. It was clear that they were in the process of converting the space for business use. About half way though the Summer camp we received a text message from the owner of RCLC Dr. Kommidi saying that they had to condense the service to half-day due to some restrictions from the Department of Human Resources. It turned out that RCLC did not have the license to operate full day. They knew they didn't have the license at the start of the Summer camp, but they ran full day anyway. RCLC never told us the truth, and we had to hear it from a police officer on-site doing inspection. I pulled my son out of RCLC due to their unethical business practice. Getting my money back for the unused hours was another nightmare. The Summer camp ended in the first week of August. They agreed to refund me the money in 2 payments: first payment by 8/31/23 and the second payment by 9/30/23. Well, after a few reminders, first payment came a week late and the second payment came 2 weeks late. This was the payment plan they proposed and we agreed on. They couldn't even fulfill their own business obligation. Did I a get a heads up? An apology? NO! The second payment came in via Paypal in Euros instead of USD. I did the currency conversion and they were short by $17. I'm just glad that I got most of the refund back, but it was weird to receive refund in Euros from a small business within the U.S. In conclusion, RCLC is the worst business organization I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend RCLC to anyone."

"Super helpful with learning strategies for the ACT. One on one classes specifically designed to help you with your own struggles on the ACT. They give you a book that is super helpful and allows you to study on your own and with the teacher's. Would definitely recommend to those who don't understand some of the confusing terms used on the ACT, they breakdown all of the strategies and things needed to understand questions!"
