"I was very displeased for the first time. I spent 2 hours getting all the mats off my dog the night before I brought her yet I was charged an additional $25. Also her collar w/ rabies tag was not on her when I picked her up. I was told they put it on her and that they didn’t have it. So now that’s $85 to groom a 9 lb puppy and the coat are f a new collar and tag. I provided a picture that I took of the mats I removed and explained that I went through her hair thoroughly. She may have found some that where loose from the tool but certainly not an additional &25 worth of work."
