"Bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, and mold the owner is not an American the sign out front says American owned and operated. You have to pay extra for maid and extra for clean linen and extra for toilet paper. The maintenance guy Larry is drunk all day and the other employees are under the influence of something. I paid $1,020 dollars for four weeks and my toilet was leaking water all over the place and it took them 6 months to fix it. Don't stay here you will regret it. Extremely nasty and filthy, mold in the shower and a thin piece of plastic for a shower curtain. DON'T STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY"

"PLEASE DON'T STAY THERE!!!!!!! My fiance and I were there for about 9 months. Although Jimmy was awesome. When we checked in,the carpet was wet, and we were told that the previous tenant had overflowed the toilet .It smelled like mold and mildew. The bathroom is so tiny. We only had a microwave to cook with and a half fridge and freezer. The place really needs to be SHUT DOWN"

"Lowest rates in the city. Good place to stay if ur a convicted felon that can't get a regular apartment. Better than sleeping in a car. Gotta sleep with the roaches and kill all the rats. It's all good in the neighborhood. Jesus saves. Repent"

"Room are extremely nasty, as u can see from the rag in 1 of the pics, location fairly easy to get to and from about anything u may need , on bus line driving or walking, the service has their hands tied , they have giving me no problems but when the owner says jump they have no choice , i was charged a $20 cleaning fee and as u see not clean then I mopped floor, had to leave door open a few to let floors dry cause no airflow in these rooms and was charged $25 for rhat. You cant pick up and use the wifi unless u are inside office. Nothing in the place is as it should be or even close to being. Sign says american owned( which personally i dont care either way) but the iwner is clearly not american. So all in all the only thing ive found that could be understandable for being as it was are the employees, ive delt with 3 of them so far and they have done what they were allowed to do for me, but honestly they walk on pins and needles."
