"It's the best reviewed hotel I could find in Indy for a resonable price. Solid 4.5 stars and over a thousand reviews. I can see why. Excellent service, clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast, free supper provided from 530 to 7 along with sodas and drinks, along with a pool and hot tub. Well worth it."

"Drury has definitely become our go to hotel when traveling. I still can't believe you can stay at a hotel with all the amenities that Drury provides at the same cost of an average hotel. How this chain can make money and still provide it's customers with all its 5 star services I'll never know. But I'm not complaining. Following are just some of my favorites : Free buffet and bar at 5:30pm Hot tub (which has always been working) Heated pool - and yes I mean heated Inside/outside connected pool Incredibly comfortable needs Pet friendly (and we don't even have a pet) Just can't say enough good things about this chain"

"We were celebrating our adult daughter's birthday in Carmel and chose a suite. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The whirlpool was a nice size, and the water temperature was wonderful. All personnel were friendly and very accommodating. I do wish that the furniture (chair and sofa) was easier to use for the elderly. The hotel was very busy since it was a Saturday. When it came time for the "5:30 Kickback", it was difficult to find seating. I do appreciate this amenity and have enjoyed it several times in the past at different sites. The food was a bit lacking this time. Please revisit the quality. The bread in the hot dog warmer was not warm nor was it fresh. So much of the food was just tasteless and we were disappointed. The liquid refreshments were great, and the breakfast also had good choices. All in all, we hope to give Drury Inn another chance."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Jordon at the front desk was just wonderful and a true gem. He was patient, kind, friendly, helpful, and very professional. When we arrived there were all sorts of kids staying there, then we encountered all sorts of business travelers. Seemed to us quite hospitable location for all sorts of needs. The place was in fantastic condition, house keeping really keeps up on the place quite well. Almost flawless, and I’m really picky to say the least.! No build up of crud in the corners that didn’t get vacuumed, edge of baseboard in bathroom had no dust, even picture frames are obviously wiped down often, light switch plates were spotless, and other such minuscule issues were no where to be found. We noticed the teeniest tiniest problem in our suite and Jordon was very understanding and helpful. I have a problematic back issue and the large soaking tub was perfect for a taking salt bath to relieve my pain. No mildew specks in the corners of the caulking or in shower grout lines either!!! The included drinks and food were a wonderful bonus. We tipped the very wonderful bartender extra on account of the free three drinks and so watched many guests didn’t tip her at all. All the staff we encountered were quite impressive; genuinely kind, friendly and welcoming. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there, with smiles and laughter a common sight. Whomever hires at this location is on point! We’ve never stayed at a Drury hotel before and have to admit we were quite impressed. We do travel quite frequently and Drury hotels are now on my radar for a nice, clean, welcoming and relaxing option. Impressed enough I’m bothering to take the time to review as well ha! BRAVO Drury!"

"This hotel is very accommodating. They offer free breakfast and dinner (dinner includes 3 free alcoholic beverages for adults). The pool was awesome, it has indoor/outdoor pool connected that you can swim under a partition any time of year...swim under and swim in the snow if you want! The temp if the pool is still warmer than most at other hotels. Overall, A+++"
