I wish they would go back to scanning online tickets some place other than the ticket counter as they used to do. We order tickets online for convenience and to skip the ticket counter lines. No we still have to wait in line at ticket counter."
"Popcorn was fresh and good. However viewing experience was unsatisfactory. Multiple seats would not recline as intended. Sound seemed louder than usual. I noticed a lack of bass and "surround sound" as if some speakers were not functional. Possibly why volume was heightened to compensate for speakers not working."
