"Very clean, quiet, cozy with super nice staff. We especially love the staff especially the maintenance guy, They are the real MVP, making you feel like a VIP from the moment you step in. Big shoutout to them. The app has made it so easy, you can book for others and they receive the info on their cellphone. Also you can order food and drink delivered to your seat. We love this AMC branch. Keep up the good work guys."
"The movie theater was filthy. The cup holder was full of soda and napkins and on the seat itself. Made staff aware that we needed it cleaned up so we can sit in the seats we paid for. No one showed up to clean it. Had to move to other seats that no one was using. There was popcorn all over the place and the theater smelled. This theater has been going down hill for several years."
"Went to see Napoleon and I had already ordered my tickets so it was pretty easy to get through and I did a afternoon showing so it was less busy and the seats were comfortable. Also everything was pretty well maintained while I was there and the bathrooms were clean."
"In general, it's a solid theater experience. However, the past two times I've been the reclining seats I reserved weren't working. I wish there was a way to know this. I would've chosen different seats. I know the staff is doing their best, but sometimes the popcorn is cold or doesn't get delivered to our seats as requested. Otherwise, the movie itself is a nice time."
