"Not handicapped friendly¡!!! Friendly staff, IMAX, 20 theaters, but if you're in a wheelchair, crutches, cane, etc. You will have to get there early to navigate the front entrance. Bizarro 1 person elevator that has to be operated with key and push button by the manager!! Everone staring at you like a freak as you ascend 1 floor, which makes you feel awkward. Then,After going allll the way down the hall to the IMAX theater, we found out that our reserved seats on row E were not accessible to a person in a wheelchair. The only accessible seats/slots are in Row A, and who wants to sit 6 inches from the screen?? Well, that's your only option, if you can't walk stairs. Outdated theater in general. Super nice staff, though, and gave us our money back when we told them our problem. They were apologetic and said renovations were planned , but put off because of the pandemic, no new date for them currently known."

"The movie Bee Keeper was great but the Cinema needs to update their website. They don't have food or a bar tender if you want a drink. Overpriced for a recliner seat and Overpriced for snacks because you can't get food. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Nothing like it use to be."

"We took the kids to see Barbie. The movie sucked but the popcorn and drinks were great. We went on $5 Tuesday."

"We love getting back into the movie theater. Especially now that movies are $2.50 during the month of September! This really helps when you’re retired and trying to live on a limited income. Now if the popcorn and drinks prices could be a little lower. The movie theater experience is getting better each time we visit! We visited last month and a couple of seats in our row were damaged, the footrests were dangling. Very sad, unfortunately I don’t remember which theatre that was. But last Monday our movie of choice was in theater # 20 and the seats were wonderful! Not only did all the seats look good, but they were even more comfortable than in the other theaters there. I’m sure lots still needs to be updated, but it seems Showplace Cinemas is headed in the right direction…just don’t stop now!"

"First time being to the movies post-covid. My husband got us IMAX tickets to see Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3. & it was great! The seats are sooo comfortable and they help you enjoy the movie even more!!! The prices are so ridiculous, though. $16 for 1 drink and lg popcorn!!!! Still worth it to be so comfortable and watch a movie on a magnificent screen!"
