"I arrived at Motel 6 airport location off of Rockville Rd 3 days ago. I woke the first day from a nap to use the bathroom when I started sliding..twisted then fell hard on both knees.. I looked up to see what was falling on me and realized I was in a big puddle of water. My first point of contact was with the housekeeper who was prompt in getting me the maintenance man Chris and alerting the front desk. Chris professionally took charge and moved me and my belongings downstairs...made sure I was ok and as comfortable as I could be. That night I met a wonderful lady named Mary at front desk who talked with me and made me forget about my discomfort for awhile .. The next morning I met Peggy and the manager Mark and was taken back and overwhelmed by their concern and generosity..The manager Mark imvited me to stay.. and comped 2 nights for me. The outstanding staff seen to all my needs and comfort ......In a world that has forgotten what hospitality and great customer service means....all of you at Motel 6 has definitely renewed my hope In it. I can't say thank you enough for the wonderful care and stay. Thank you Anita Burks"

"Filthy, loud animals barking out of the doors and open windows in several guest rooms. An employee, apparently off-duty or at least out of any kind of uniform, idly strolling her dog around the lobby, urine smells and stains, generally just falling to pieces and pretty much revolting. The attached photo is of the door that separates guests and their kids from the hotel's electrical systems. It's warped like a potato chip and barely held closed by a cheap hasp and padlock, which was unlocked by the way. This place needs to be razed. If it's the only hotel available in Indianapolis I would recommend sleeping in your car under a bridge somewhere. It would probably be safer."

"Starting at 130 dollars a night for 2 beds with roaches, and they know it but have yet to do something about it. The odor in the hotel is very musky and humid. Although if you get yourself locked out of your room, they'll at least help you get back in, so that's a plus. They're right next to another hotel, so parking is really hard to come by if you want a decent spot to unload your car into your room. There is barely any room to walk your dog, but they do not have a pet deposit fee. They're also right next to a Sam's club, if you have a membership."

"Clean, modern, well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Only negative is that whenever the room was last updated they’ve removed the bedside lights. Only lamp is across the room on the desk. And the light switch at the door isn’t connected to anything."

"Would not recommend, our friends found multiple roaches in their room. While we did not see roaches in our room, we did see the dead ones in theirs left after management had the room sprayed and both of us had issues with noise throughout our trip. I had booked both rooms and our friends were not able to stay the third night because the roaches were so bad, my friend killed 6 in one night. When we asked for a refund, they only offered $35 dollars even though we had paid over $400 for the one room, and when we pushed back on this were threatened by one of their staff members Chris that he would call the cops if we didn’t leave. Only after my friend posted her review on here did they call us to offer to refund the full night for the night they did not stay, but did not compensate us for the horrible experience we had."
